| TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over thirty (30) years. I have encountered a variety of real estate agents sitting across the table from me during these many years.
Recently, while representing a client who was interested in purchasing a home in College Station, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Barbara Salisbury, with Century 21 Beal, Inc., who was the listing broker for the home we ultimately selected to purchase. Since I office in Boerne, Texas and am not a member of the Bryan-College Station Board of Realtors, I knew it would be an imposition on the listing agents in order to gain access to the homes we wanted to view. Once again, I encountered a variety of listing real estate agents. Some were helpful. Some were not.
Barbara Salisbury, whom I had never met until we contacted her to view her listing, far exceeded my expectations in the way she accommodated us, going out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of, such as selecting a local title company, taking us to the City Utilities Office to arrange for service, and then helping us select a local repairman to take care of a minor electrical problem in the home under contract.
Since meeting Barbara I have recommended her services to others in my family (we are an Aggie family, with many children and grandchildren who will one day become Aggies). I feel fortunate to have met Barbara, and know that I have a friend in College Station whom I recommend to you for all your real estate needs without reservation. |
